Видалення акаунта FridgeConsole
Застосунок FridgeConsole (Android), розробник — Канкров Микола Миколайович.
У застосунку
- Відкрийте FridgeConsole і увійдіть.
- Меню ☰ → Профіль → унизу «Видалити акаунт».
- Введіть пароль і код із застосунку-автентифікатора (або резервний код) → «Видалити акаунт» → підтвердіть.
У браузері
- Відкрийте https://api.fridgeconsole.com.ua і увійдіть.
- Натисніть своє ім'я вгорі → Профіль → розділ «Видалити акаунт» → пароль і код → «Видалити акаунт».
Без доступу до застосунку (забули пароль, втратили телефон)
Напишіть на kankrovmikola@gmail.com або зателефонуйте / напишіть на +380 96 151 74 52 (Viber / Telegram / SMS) і вкажіть логін. Ми переконаємося, що акаунт ваш (наприклад, за ключем плати з наліпки або номером пристрою), і видалимо акаунт протягом 30 днів, повідомивши вас.
Що видаляється
- обліковий запис: логін, ім'я, пароль (хеш), двофакторний вхід і резервні коди, прив'язка Telegram;
- ваші пристрої на сервері разом з історією показників, сповіщеннями й журналом дій;
- ваші резервні копії налаштувань контролерів;
- закріплення ваших плат і ваші записи в журналі входів.
Що лишається і скільки
- один службовий запис про сам факт видалення (логін, дата, IP) — для безпеки, до 400 днів;
- резервні копії всього сервера — до 30 днів, після чого перезаписуються;
- на самих платах FridgeConsole і контролерах нічого не змінюється — налаштування обладнання лишаються як були.
Видалення остаточне: відновити акаунт і його дані неможливо.
Deleting a FridgeConsole account

In the app
- Open FridgeConsole and sign in.
- Menu ☰ → Profile → at the bottom Delete account.
- Enter your password and the authenticator app code (or a backup code) → Delete account → confirm.
In a browser
- Open https://api.fridgeconsole.com.ua and sign in.
- Click your name at the top → Profile → Delete account section → password and code → Delete account.
Without access to the app (forgot the password, lost the phone)
Email kankrovmikola@gmail.com or call / message +380 96 151 74 52 (Viber / Telegram / SMS) with your login. We will verify that the account is yours (for example, by the board key from the sticker or the device number) and delete the account within 30 days, letting you know.
What is deleted
- the account: login, name, password (hash), two-factor sign-in and backup codes, Telegram link;
- your devices on the server together with reading history, alerts and the action log;
- your controller settings backups;
- your board claims and your sign-in log entries.
What is kept and for how long
- one service record of the deletion itself (login, date, IP) — for security, up to 400 days;
- full server backups — up to 30 days, then overwritten;
- nothing changes on the FridgeConsole boards and controllers themselves — equipment settings stay as they were.
Deletion is permanent: the account and its data cannot be restored.
